To submit an appeal for a number change, click on the form link provided below.  Print the form & complete ALL information. Then, send it to the OTRA home office. Classification Number Appeal Form

Standard: $65.00 Ropers from 13 to 69 years of age. One classification number is assigned.

Youth/Senior: $35.00 Youth -12 years of age and younger. Senior -70 years of age and older. One classification number is assigned.

Double Number: $10.00 Required if roper wants different heading & heeling classification numbers.

Family Discount: $10 off each roper when 3 or more immediate family members in same household purchase memberships.
